Great location, clean and comfy rooms, kind and professional staff, delicious breakfast with a variety of food options, efficient handling of large number of people during breakfast, comfortable beds.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the Russell area and visit the museum. The rooms are cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. the hotel has a small shop on the ground floor for guests to purchase water or snacks.

There were some issues with noise disruptions, particularly due to renovation works in the corridors.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and satisfied everyone. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, especially for visiting the British Museum. The self-service store and bar/restaurant in the lobby were a nice addition.

The location was fantastic, with great communication and close proximity to important places that I could easily walk to. I appreciated being very close to a Tube stop at Russell Square, made getting around this city convenient. the hotel staff was very nice. They were always available and were pretty good too meet my every need. Elaina at the service desk was particularly helpful when I realized I had left a piece of luggage on the bus. The staff at the concierge desk were also amazing, making my 4-day stay enjoyable. The variety of food options at breakfast was excellent, and the hotel efficiently handled a large number of people during the breakfast rush. The beds were comfortable, and it was a nice touch being able to open the window for fresh air. Lastly, I was glad to find a triple room with individual beds.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of this hotel is perfect for guests who want to be in the heart of the city. With its proximity to Tube stations, it's easy to get around and explore. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a fantastic variety of options, including many hot and cold dishes.

Our stay was enjoyable, and there were no significant issues that impacted our experience.

Comfortable and clean room with great WiFi. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the British Museum and the nearest Underground station. Although the breakfast options were limited, the room was well-maintained and the bed sheets and towels werenice and neat.
